Construction is underway on the Architectural Alternatives designed addition to the Unitarian Universalist Congregation facility in Blacksburg, Virginia.

10/2007
A new multi-building independent and assisted living facility by Smith Packett is in the planning stages for the Nesslerod on the New site in Radford, Virginia. Truesdell Engineering will be providing comprehensive structural design services for all 200,000+ SF of the new facilities.

The Pearisburg downtown revitialization has begun with structural assessments of the buildings at Winona Avenue and Main Street, with construction of Shelton Place to begin in 2007
